New Moon Sister Circle

We invite you to a sacred circle of sisters, all walking beside you on your journey home.

When a new moon cycle begins we are deeply supported by the wisdom of nature to start a new cycle in our lives as well.

This is when we plant the seeds in our inner garden that will grow into a rich harvest, not only for us but for the world around us too.

This is when we have the opportunity to start a new chapter, turn the page into the unknown and write a new story.

This is where our heart whispers it’s longings and sings it’s desires, asking us to listen and dance them into our body.

This circle will support you in that process through the medicine of cacao, the wisdom of circle, heart opening sharings, deep reflection & meditation as well as music & movement.

This circle is inspired by, but not limited to the principles of feminine & surrendered leadership, circling, authentic relating, mindfulness, shadow work & embodiment practices.

We wish for everyone to be able to attend our circle so we offer a generous pricing in tiers, where you are more likely to access the lower price if you buy your ticket early. If money is scarce for you atm but you still feel called to join - please contact us to see if we can find an exchange through supporting us practically instead.

JOSEFINE YRJANS

I have a great interest in human potential and personal growth. And especially questions around women's liberation, the rising of the femnine and what it means to live a soulful life. I work as a clinical psychologist in my private practice Living In Attunement. Where I offer therapy, coaching and courses. By combining modern psychology with embodiment and spirituality.

I love to create and be part of intentional fields and groups where we come together to honour and nurture all that is sacred, to celebrate and heal.

I'm also a mother, lover of beauty, movement, music and poetry.

IDA HELMERS

My biggest passion is to create safe spaces where we can open our hearts & show up as our authentic selves, through that we heal what separates us especially as sisters.

I hold space with integrity and an open heart, allowing myself to also show up with what is and not put on a mask that creates a wall between us.

Often I call myself a relational nerd, because I see relationships as a path of personal growth and mutual healing. This is the path I want to invite you into through circles & workshops: a path where we can walk each other back home.

I have spent a lot of time participating, training & assisting in the Embodied Intimacy community will start a Somatic Experiencing training this spring. I have a background as a Mindfulness instructor, health coach and massagetherapist as well as healing and energy work.

The last couple of years I found a passion for relational healing and somatic awareness on my own healing journey and have since then dived into teachings around trauma theory, somatic resourcing & developmental psycholgy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Up until one week before the event we refund 50% if you have to cancel your ticket, after that tickets are non refundable. You are welcome to gift or sell your ticket to someone else if you can’t make it.

COMUNAL TRANSPORT

Hälsans Hus is very close to Bankgatan bus stop in Lund and about 5 min walking distance from bus stop Botulfsplatsen.

PARKING

There is parking available on the streets nearby or the parking garage at Mårtenstorget.

CARPOOLING

Post in the event on FB if you can offer a ride or want a ride from some of the cities close by.
