Your relationship to your Eros is connected to your potential for pleasure in all areas of life, once we free it in one area it ripples out throughout.
In this workshop we will observe and explore where and how we are blocking ourselves from enjoying life through our senses. Being aware of what is hindering us is the first step to be able to invite more pleasure into all areas of our lives.
Through gentle embodiment exercises we will help your body release tension and stuckness so that your Eros can flow more freely.
We will work with expanding our capacity to feel and be with sensual energy as a source of life force and power.
We will combine knowledge and tools from Somatic Experiencing, Sexology (Sexocorporel approach) with Mindfulness and embodiment practices.

ABOUT KATHRIN & IDA
Kathrin works as a sexologist to help people moving towards closer and deeper connections with themselves and others – and towards enjoyment and pleasure – by learning to use the body as a “consultant”. She also just finished her 1. year in her education to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. Enjoying a joyful and connected life with yourself and others requires stripping back the layers of second-guessing to uncover natural emotions.
She gives her part to create a different sexual culture. Where “Me Too” debates become redundant and power plays are unnecessary. Where we can change the still present division between the saint (the brain) and the sinner (the body) with sex used as a bargaining chip. Instead we can embrace a holistic culture in which all facets of human beings are welcome in healthy balance.

Ida is a somatic guide, group field weaver and relational enthusiast. Her work focuses on somatic education, relational healing and authentic communication. She supports individuals, couples and parents to relate with their nervous system, embody their true nature and create deeply fulfilling relationships.
Ida has a background as a Mindfulness instructor, health coach & body worker and is currently studying to become a Somatic Experiencing practitioner. She has been training, assisting and being inspired in the Embodied Intimacy community for the last 4,5 years.
Ida is driven by a deep curiousity for human connection and an insatiable longing for clarity and coherence. She sees relationships as a path for mutual growth, healing and evolution. Her greatest teacher is the wisdom that lives in our bodies and its innate link to the wisdom of the Earth. She is devoted to reconnect us to this wisdom so that we can live our lives in service of the Earth.

Up until one week before the event we refund 50% if you have to cancel your ticket, after that tickets are non refundable. You are welcome to gift or sell your ticket to someone else if you can’t make it or use it at another one of our circles within the next 3 months. You can come to any workshop without having attended one before.
WHAT TO BRING
Come in comfortable clothes in layers that you can move freely in. Bring a water bottle, a note pad if you wish to take notes and lunch if you don´t want to eat out. We provide some fruit and snacks for the breaks.
We encourage self responsibility at our events, which means we trust that you don’t come if you are sick, have any symptoms or have been in recent contact with someone that does.
HOW TO GET HERE
Yoga Kendra is 5-7 min walk from the train station “triangeln” where local busses as well as trains from Copenhagen and Lund make a stop, or 5-7 min walk from the bus stop “spångatan” where busses where busses from Lund etc make a stop.
