Do you long to feel more alive and present in your body?

Together we’ll go on an embodied journey where each encounter is the gateway to deep presence and pure wonder.

The play is a wordless communication where you are encouraged to follow your inner yes & no, through movement, breath, sound and touch.

This practice is a great way to become more attuned to your body & boundaries, to move through relational tension & conflict, to connect with your inner child & playfulness and to become more curious & open in connection with others.

* We start with some agreements to create a safe space for everyone and we stay fully clothed at all times.

* This is not a dating service, this is a space to meet in curiosity and play without agenda.

* You can choose to come alone or with a partner and do the practice together or not.

THE FACILITATORS

IDA HELMERS 

My biggest passion is to create safe spaces where we can open our hearts & show up as our authentic selves, through that we heal what separates us.

I hold space with integrity and an open heart, allowing myself to also show up with what is and not put on a mask that creates a wall between us. Often I like to call myself a relational nerd, because I see relationships as a path of personal growth and mutual healing. This is the path I want to invite you into through these workshops: a path where we can walk each other back home.

I have spent a lot of time participating, training & assisting in the Embodied Intimacy community and will start a Somatic Experiencing training this spring. I have a background as a Mindfulness instructor, health coach and massagetherapist as well as healing and energy work. The last couple of years I found a passion for relational healing and somatic awareness on my own healing journey and have since then dived into teachings around trauma theory, somatic resourcing & developmental psycholgy.

We want to make it possible for everyone to attend our events, so we offer low prices for those who book their ticket early:

CANCELLATION POLICY

Up until one week before the event we refund 50% if you have to cancel your ticket, after that tickets are non refundable. You are welcome to gift or sell your ticket to someone else if you can’t make it or use it at another one of our circles within the next 3 months. You can come to any circle or workshop without having attended one before.

HEALTH POLICY 

We encourage self responsibility at our events, which means we trust that you don’t come if you are sick, have any symptoms or have been in recent contact with someone that does. 

COMUNAL TRANSPORT

Hälsans Hus is very close to Bankgatan bus stop in Lund and about 5 min walking distance from bus stop Botulfsplatsen.

PARKING

There is parking available on the streets nearby or the parking garage at Mårtenstorget.

CARPOOLING

Post in the event on FB if you can offer a ride or want a ride from some of the cities close by.
