Connection Circle Deep Dive

Deep down we all long to feel truly met, seen & heard by one another. Yet somehow many of us struggle with it, pretending that we know what we’re doing while believing that we’re the only one struggling. We isolate with our struggles and end up feeling like we´re never fully met, like noone really gets us.

If we want to feel truly met we need to start by showing up with what is. How can you meet me, if I am not fully here? We need to invite the whole wide range of being human: the not knowing how to do this, the fear of not belonging & the sweet awkwardness in between.

When we discover that we are not alone in our struggle to connect, we can be in it together and feel truly met right there.
